Majestic Manufacturing Inc. was established in 1977 by Paul Kudler along with both his sons (Vince & Jeff Kudler). With Paul's mechanical and engineering background, they designed and built Majestic's first ride, the Scooter™.
Since then the Scooter™ has become a staple of the amusement industry for proven quality, reliability and consistent profits year after year. |

Requests for Letters:
Due to the high demand for letters to inspectors (For example: Repair Procedures for Amusement Rides, Welding Procedures, etc...) it is necessary for Majestic Manufacturing Inc. to begin charging for this service.
Majestic Manufacturing Inc. will make its best efforts to produce letters in a timely manner for our customers however there can be delays if:

After speaking to a service or parts representative, photos and a detailed description of the problem should be sent by email to Majestic Manufacturing Inc. for review. You may provide your credit card information at that time to a service or parts representative.
(Note: Your credit card will not be charged until all information provided to Majestic Manufacturing Inc. is received, reviewed and the problem/issue is such that amusement ride repairs are able to be satisfied through a letter of corrective action or procedure.)
Please make sure all photos clearly show the problem/issue and where on the amusement ride the problem/issue is located.
All emailed submissions must include the following:
Majestic Manufacturing Inc. will review each request for letters to inspectors for amusement ride repairs & procedures on a case by case basis.
If the nature of the problem/issue is such that amusement ride repairs are not able to be satisfied through a letter of corrective action or procedure, Majestic Manufacturing Inc. will not issue any letters and your credit card will not be charged.
Due to the high demand for letters to inspectors (For example: Repair Procedures for Amusement Rides, Welding Procedures, etc...) it is necessary for Majestic Manufacturing Inc. to begin charging for this service.
- Letters will now cost a minimum of $150. (This charge must be paid with a credit card before a letter is issued.)
Majestic Manufacturing Inc. will make its best efforts to produce letters in a timely manner for our customers however there can be delays if:
- Adequate information cannot be provided from the customer (For example: Photos, detailed description of the problem/issue, etc...).
- Availability and responsiveness of the customer be contacted for further review of the problem/issue.
- No payment for the letter from the customer.
- The time at which the Majestic Manufacturing Inc. was contacted regarding the request for a letter.

Majestic Manufacturing Inc. amusement ride operation manuals are always issued to the original customer/owner of the amusement rides it manufacturers.
Should an amusement ride operation manual become lost or destroyed, you can contact Majestic Manufacturing Inc. for a replacement amusement ride operation manual.
